The farm has been in the Cardinal family since 1866. Butch is the 5th generation on the farm. The farm and surrounding area has seen many changes.

in 2010 Butch started growing certified organic vegetables. Each year MOSA, our certifying agency comes and inspects the farm, they take soil samples, they also verify that everything is planted and grown 100% organically.
