Leeks are wonderful additions to soups, eaten raw or mixed into a salad. Leeks are generally sautéed before adding to pizzas, pastas, egg dishes, risotto, or served on their own as a side dish. Chopped Leeks are used in soups, stir-fries or braised with carrots and celery. Leeks can be used in a tart or pastry filling.
